Cancellation

• Winter: Free of charge up to 1 month before arrival – after that, you’re welcome to change your dates free of charge (subject to availability).
• Summer: Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival.
• If something unexpected comes up, you can always change your travel dates for free when booking directly with us.

Deposit

• To confirm your booking, we only need your credit card number as a guarantee – no deposit required.
  Payment is made directly at the hotel upon arrival.

Lift Tickets | Ski Passes | Distance to Gondola

• You’re right in the heart of the ski area!
  The Reiterkogelbahn gondola is just behind the hotel, and the Bergfriedlift is 50 m on the other side.

Ski Room | Bike Room | Boot Dryer

• Of course, we have a locked ski & bike room with boot dryers.
• There’s also a bike wash station in front of the hotel.

Pool | Spa | Wellness | Children

• Children are welcome throughout the spa.

  If you prefer peace and quiet, our adults-only hotel kerii is located just across the street – we’ll gladly send you an offer.

• Opening times:

• Indoor pool: 24 hours
• Outdoor pool: 3 – 8 pm
• Sauna: 3 – 8 pm (earlier on request in bad weather)

Dogs

• Your furry friend is welcome 🐾 € 35 per night.
  Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa, but they’re welcome in the lobby.

Baby | Babycot

• € 30 per night for babies.
• We’re happy to provide baby cots – just let us know in advance.

Check-In | Check-Out | Parking | Early/Late Options

• Check-in: from 3 pm

  If you arrive early, you can already park at Dorfstraße 139 and check in at 3 pm.

• Check-out: until 10 am

• Parking is available until 12 noon on departure day. After that, please move your car to the Bergbahn parking area so we can prepare for new arrivals.
• Spa after check-out: You’re welcome to use the spa until 3 pm – afterwards it’s reserved for arriving guests.

E-Car Charging | Garage | Parking

• Public charging stations by Salzburg AG are located just 50 m towards the main street.
• Charging in our underground garage: € 40 (payment at reception).
• Underground garage (at kerii): € 20 per day (payment at Alpen-Karawanserai reception).
• We have around 200 parking spaces available for our hotel guests – free of charge and clearly marked.

Breakfast | Gluten-Free | Vegan Options

• Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:00 am
• Just let our breakfast team know if you need gluten-free bread.
• You’ll also find plenty of vegan options on the buffet.

Joker Card (Summer only)

• We can only issue your Joker Card if you’ve completed the online check-in at least 3 days before arrival.
  Please download the Home of Lässig app and register using the same email address you used for your booking.
  If you booked via Booking.com, we’ll need your real email address, as Booking only forwards a generated one.

Reception

• Reception hours: 8 am – 12 pm
  After that, you’ll find us at the bar for any questions or requests.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Available daily from 9 am – 2 pm.
